CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets booked through redbus are cancelable

Money is not transferred back to the passengers debit/credit cards

Money will be refunded in the form of cash coupon

Coupon validity (6 months)

o CANCELLATION FEE:

Between 24 hours to 3 days before journey the cancellation charge is 10%

Between 3 days to one week cancellation charge is 5 %
