Thank you to everyone who volunteered or supported the many activities and events during the 11 days of Rodeo. Our community comes alive because of the many individuals who spend countless hours helping out – it could not be done without you. I hope you are all well-rested. May is also a busy month with opportunities to build your business, promote health and charity, and provide fun and entertainment. The Tehama County Employer Advisory Council is holding a morning seminar on May 10th from 8:30am to noon. The topic is
Cal-OSHA – How to Avoid the Fine. The cost is $30 for EAC members, $40 for non-members, and $45 at the door. Contact Melissa Jones for more information or to register at [email protected] The next Chamber “Power Lunch” will be held on May 16th from 12-1 pm at Sierra Pacific Industries, 11400 Reading Rd, Red Bluff. The Power Lunch series has been a very popular Chamber offering. I hope you can attend and check it out. Good Morning Red Bluff will be held at Gary’s Auto Body from 7:50 to 9:00 am on May 30, 2019. What an amazing 11 Days of Round-Up! We love seeing the community come together to put on so many great events. The Ambassadors had a blast judging the Round-Up decorating contest and there were so many great entries. Coldwell Banker took home the Overall Grand Prize with their enthusiasm, total office participation, theme interpretation and creativity. We also have three new Ambassadors to announce! Erica Franks, John Schwabauer and Kathleen Stephens have stepped up to join us in helping the Chamber support business in Tehama County. Stay tuned for Ambas-sador highlights on these talented additions in our upcoming articles. We are always looking for community focused people to promote the Chamber. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a Chamber Ambassador please speak with Amanda Jenkins. (530-227-2223) “Like” us on Facebook @ Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber Ambassadors!
