2. Components subject to special treatment 2.1 Thermal radiator
Unscrew the 4 cross- head screws and remove the protective grating
Switched-mode power supply (for phototherapy only) Total weight: 1.6 kg Unscrew the 4 cross- head screws and undo the clamp connections
Remove the alarm LED circuit board (0.01 kg) by pressing the pins together

Unscrew the 2 cross-head screws (bottom)

- Unscrew the 2 cross-head crews - Remove housing bottom
- Remove the loudspeaker cable harness upwards - Remove the front upwards - Undo the plug connectors - Unscrew the 6 nuts - Remove the front circuit board without display (0.2 kg) Display (0.1 kg) - LED circuit board underneath (0.06 kg) - Undo the 3 screws.
Remove the relay circuit board
- Unscrew the Allen screw in the heat sink - Undo the plug connectors - Remove the rear panel upwards - Remove the relay circuit board (0.3 kg) from the spacers

- Transformer (1.9 kg)
- Undo the plug connectors - Remove the WT power circuit board (0.3 kg) - Remove the controller circuit board (0.1 kg)
2.3 Lifting column (height adjustable)
- Motor control unit circuit board approx. 0.1 kg
2.4 Power connection - Mounted under the base plate with 3 allen screws (1.2 kg) - Power cable 0.1 kg

2.5 Sensor unit
- Unscrew the 2 Allen screws on the underside of the lying bed
- Undo 4 screws. - Undo the plug connectors - Remove the sensor circuit board (0.1 kg)
