Human Resource Coordinator
Key Responsibility : Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department in all aspects related to Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Reward & Recognition. Organise the day to day activities of the Human Resources Department and set up the administrative systems required to ensure the smooth running of the department
Job Requirement: High school or equivalent education a minimum, local candidate Fluency in Dhivehi and English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Prior experience in Human Resources role preferred
