Recruiting is… CREATING CURIOSITY …… Letting them HEAR the entire Story….. (From someone else!) Let them decide if this makes sense for them. We destroy curiosity when we answer questions!

PEOPLE who join for your reasons, NEVER do a thing after they join. You only wantpeople who join for THEIR REASONS! The rest are a waste of time, energy and effort!
