Develop a plan to manage your assets and mitigate risks associated with equipment liquidation and disposal. Hire contractors and partners such as IT asset disposition companies to facilitate the project. Use a tabletop planning exercise to develop and visualize your plan. Hire contractors using Info-Tech’s interview guides and scorecards. Monitor your project and track success.
