Additional information and additional diagnosis can be entered from the Professional, Institutional and Diagnosis screens.

At least one insurance or self pay is required. The systems presents the most recent insurances for returning patients to speed up the process.

At least one charge is required. To ensure accurate billing, the price, diagnosis, CPT4, HCPCS and modifiers are defaulted from the Charge Master but can be overridden.

Optionally, you can enter notes and record co-payments and adjustments.

Update and all claims are automatically generated and filed.
