Guests: None President Sutton called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance after explaining the emergency procedure. A motion was made by Trustee Herrington, seconded by Trustee Knapp to approve the agenda as presented. Motion was carried. The Superintendent then reviewed the following correspondence: list of the 2011-2012 Transportation Department employees; copy of the opening day agenda. He stated that the website should be up and running by the opening of school; word has been received that a one (1) year extension has been granted for the Early Reading First grant and we will be advertising for the Coordinator position since Joni Makowiec has already given her resignation. During the Board report, Trustee Terwilliger stated how nice the new electronic School sign looked and others had commented as well. Mr. DioGuard i then gave an update on the capital project and the punch list items being worked on. The replacem ent window glass should be 80% complete d before school starts. He also indicate d that the housing demoliti on and the new sidewalks are complete and the parking lot is about 90% complete . Motion by

President Sutton called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the groupin the Pledge of Allegiance after explaining the emergency procedure.

A motion was made by Trustee Herrington, seconded by Trustee Knapp to approve the agenda as presented. Motion was carried.

The Superintendent then reviewed the following correspondence: list of the 2011-2012 Transportation Department employees; copy of the opening day agenda. The Board of Education of the Addison Central School District, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, does accept the following Consensus items as presentedin accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board: Minutes of June 22, July 12Organizational meeting, July 12 Special Business, and August 9, 2011 Work Session;Budget Status Report, Budget Revenue Report for June & July, 2011, District Treasurer Report for June, 2011, CSE Annual Reviews for July 26, 2011, CPSE Reviews for August 10, 2011 and the Central Treasurer’s Report for June, 2011, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board.
