To whom it may concern: It is with great pride and excitement that I recommend Robert Louis Nichols to your department as the outstanding employee that your department is searching for. Robert is a motivated, self-driven individual that has an excellent goal orientated passion. I have had the opportunity to known Robert for over six years. Over the course of this time I have seen this gentleman perform flawlessly under pressure as well as multi task with profound skills. Robert Nichols has shown exemplary skills of discipline, loyalty, trustworthiness, and sound judgement that have allowed him to rise to the rank of Sergeant in the U.S. Army, where we are coworkers on a consistent basis. I find myself often looking to Sergeant Nichols for guidance and advice in many tasks that we accomplish such as: Organizational management, inventory and maintenance, supervisory functions, interpersonal communication skills, and synergy on a monthly basis. Not only does Robert have the willingness to help better others, he shows this by setting an example and bettering himself. Not only does he work full time at the Florida Department of Corrections as shift Sergeant. A position he has obtained faster, and is certainly more deserving than his peers. Robert is also seeking a post-secondary education at Daytona State College, where he has recently obtained and graduated with his Associates Degree at an accelerated rate. On top of these activities he still manages to find time to be successful in his military duties and spend time with his loving family. It is here while deployed to Afghanistan that we worked side by side and I truly saw the desire to help others succeed within Robert. More so than that, part of his duties consisted of the management of his convoys and soldiers on a daily basis to ensure all soldiers on his shift within a combat zone returned home safely and with the highest level of training and eligibility to be promoted. I strongly implore you to consider Robert Nichols in this position. Upon evaluating his credentials you will find that he is more than qualified to fulfill the duties for this position in all aspects. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns I would ask that you do not hesitate to call me at (863)414- 2374. I will answer any and all questions you have as to the qualifications of Robert Louis Nichols.
