Reclaiming Your Inner SanctuaryJoin me for an inspiring and empowering retreat designed to activate the“healer”within Participants will be guided through a process in which they will create personalized meditation altars. Mindfulness, meditation, expressive arts and body centered exercises will be utilized to assist participants in their journey.
Workshop leader: Workshop leader Eric Carlson LMHC CASACEric Carlson is the founder and director of Brainwise Solutions LLC, an innovative practice that offers counseling, mindfulness groups, meditation products, retreats and organizational training and consultation. Eric brings over 30 years of passionate work as a professor, therapist, and trainer and his approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities including: mindfulness, body centered, expressive arts, audiovisual entrainment,and holotropic breathwork.
Special Guest Facilitator: I am pleased to introduce artist and therapist Jillian Rahm to the Capital District. Jillian's work includes textile design, home furnishings and product design and development. Her watercolor and ink illustrations have been featured in national magazines and her textile designs have been mass produced by stores such as Target and Pottery Barn. She is currently directing an expressive arts empowerment counseling program in Sullivan County. Jillian will assist participants in creating their own personalized meditation altars.
