BRICK IN THE WALL® originates from the fascinating world of

decoration where I’ve noticed the demand for seamless integrated light.

The first luminaire, designed 15 years ago by the Belgian architect

Stephane Boens, was the NORMALL®. A plaster fitting with a pure and

minimalistic design.

To obtain a heat resistant product with high density and hardness,

we’ve developed our own plaster CALCYT®. The possibility to paint the

luminaires in the same colour as the wall or ceiling added even more to the

success of CALCYT®.

The basic idea of our collection is to create minimalistic, unexpected and

inspiring plaster fittings. This by developing shapes in true symbiosis with

your architecture. A selected range of shapes, combined with a variety

of light sources, will satisfy the needs of the most demanding decorator.

Always hungry to create more state of the art luminaires, we consistently

push the bounderies of lighting architecture by our new designs.

And we go even further. Flexibility and creative custom-made solutions

are the basis of any long-term relationship. We validate this idea by

designing real pieces of art in collaboration with you, our customer .

This gives you the opportunity to create your very own Brick in the Wall

luminaire.

Plaster with a high density and purity

"BRICK IN THE WALL® " developed it's own CALCYT® plaster with

amazing characteristics. CALCYT® is a high density, heat resistance,

next generation plaster, with optimal hardness and light reflexion

properties. Our continuous research results in the production

of CALCYT® fittings without air holes, assuring no cracks after

installation. Due to it's thermal resistance,CALCYT® fittings are

suitable for many different light sources.

The snow white CALCYT® fittings can easily be painted in the colour of

your wall or ceiling ! This facilitate the seamless integration

of our bordeless CALCYT® fittings into each and every interior.

The Touch-It range with its gentle and smooth curves radiating from

the ceiling will add new dynamics to your architecture.

The Touch-It is designed with a deep-set lamp source to reduce glare.

A unique mounting system makes it possible to rotate the lamp in

all directions with just one almost invisible ring. The Touch-It is

available in two sizes with different light sources for many lighting

applications, including residential, retail, offices, etc.

A unique installation system makes it possible to integrate this

luminaire into gypsum of 9.5-12.5 mm.

An optional concrete box allows installation in solid walls.

The Mask lives up to its name with the light source fixed at a 50-

degree angle and completely hidden, providing for optimal visual

comfort. The Mask is an extension of the Touch-It range that is

characterized by gentle and smooth curves radiating softly out of the

architecture. Ceilings become sculptures. A unique mounting system

makes it possible to integrate this fitting into gypsum of 9.5-12.5 mm.

The Mask 50 and 111 offer a full range of light sources such as ES50,

The Flush is characterized and differentiated from other recessed fittings

by its visual comfort. The luminaire disappears smoothly and seamless

into the architecture and creates a non-disturbing light beam.

The Flush range can be equipped with a great variety of lamps, including

low voltage halogen, mains voltage, discharge, and compact fluorescent.

The fitting is available in 3 dimensions. A unique installation system

makes it possible to integrate this luminaire into gypsum of 9.5-12.5

mm. The light source can be adjusted in a horizontal (350°) as well as in

a vertical direction (30°). An optional concrete box allows installation in

solid ceilings.

The design of the Illusion is based on a dune where the wind blows

the sand into natural asymmetric shapes. This makes it possible to use

the Illusion as a wall-washing luminaire. Made of seamless plaster, this

module can easily be fixed onto the ceiling by making a rectangular hole.

The fixture fits in almost any false ceiling due to its limited height. The

light source can be adjusted in a horizontal (350°) as well as in a

vertical direction (30°). The Illusion 50 and 111 offer a full range of light

sources such as ES50, HAL 50, CDMR, AR111 and the 50 HIPAR. An

optional concrete box allows installation in solid ceilings.

The Pixo is characterized by its minimal, essential design and enhanced visual

comfort due to a deep-set non-adjustable lamp source. The depth of the lamp

source of the Pixo 50 range is 33 mm and for the Pixo 111 range 50 mm.

The Pixo 2x50 saves a lot of installation time and is a perfect solution for

residential applications.

This series of recessed trimless plaster fittings offers light solutions with a full

range of light sources, including ES50, HAL 50, CDM-R, AR111,HIPAR, and

even compact fluorescent lamps. The Indox is designed with a deep-set lamp unit

to reduce glare. The Indox creates an unobtrusive luminaire in harmony with the

architecture. The housing of the rotation system has a number of cooling slots

at the sides for perfect heat dissipation of the light source. All lamp units have

an integrated 355° rotation stop. The Indox has many lighting applications from

residential buildings, to shops, offices, meeting room, etc. An unique mounting

system makes it possible to integrate this fitting into gypsum of 9.5-12.5 mm.

The minimalism of Canou combined with its high functionality complements

any type of architecture and thanks to high visual comfort, becomes a true

part of it. An innovative design in the tooling makes it possible to install or

replace the special opaline polycarbonate cover without a single screw.

A key design feature of the Canou is a smooth and gentle curve that fades

into the architecture. A unique mounting system makes it possible to integrate

this fitting into gypsum of 9.5-12.5 mm. An optional concrete box allows

installation in solid ceilings.

The Canou/Canou XL is foreseen with a multiwatt ballast for T5 lamps

21/39W and 28/54W. Both products are available in a dimmable version.
