All the papers should be submitted in IEEE double

column format limited to six pages via email:

rteece@bpitindia.com.

The submitted papers will undergo a peer review

process for short listing.

All the accepted papers will be published in the

conference proceedings. Few selected papers will also

be sent for publishing in Scopus indexed journals/UGC

approved journals/other reputed journals such as

Journal of Multimedia Informational Systems,

International Journal of Hybrid Intelligence (inder-

science), Recent Advances in Communication &

Networking Technology (Bentham science), Intl.

Journal of Natural Computing & Research (IGI Global)

and few journals from ICTAcademy.

With the growing need of the industry, emergence of

innovations in the field of Electrical, Electronics and

Communication Systems is gaining prominence. The main

objective of this conference is to provide an opportunity to

faculty members, research scholars and the industry

representatives to share their knowledge and experience the

latest happenings around the world, in the emerging fields of

digital and analog design simulation, low power VLSI

Design, aspect in the modeling of devices and their

interconnected design, Power and Energy Systems, FACTS,

Control & Instrumentation, Power Electronics Drives and

Machines. This conference will comprise of research paper

presentation, planetary session and lectures delivered by

invited experts from industry and academia related to the

above fields. It will really be beneficial for the faculty,

researchers and industry experts who are interested to learn

and cultivate new thoughts in their relevant field.

In view of the growing demand of qualified technical

personnel in different streams of engineering technology

and management, Bhartiya Brahmin Charitable Trust in

2005 laid the foundation of Bhagwan Parshuram Institute

of Technology (BPIT). BPIT is approved by the Ministry of

Human Resource Development, Government of India

and the Directorate of Training and Technical Education,

Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi. It is

affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University,

Delhi and offers courses of Bachelor of Technology

(B.Tech) in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE, Master of Business

Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Business

Administration (BBA). All B.Tech. Courses & MBA are

approved by All India Council of Technical Education

(AICTE). All B.Tech. Programs offered by BPIT are

accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
