“Recent trends in bioprocessing for healthcare, energy and environment”
Bioprocessing India, an annual conglomerate of the elite bioprocessing minds inthe country is the best destination to highlight healthcare, energy, pharmaceuticals and food oriented R&D activities. The need of the hour is tounderstand the current industrial benchmarks and subsequently directacademic research towards commercialization. To that end, BPI 2017 providesthe perfect platform to deliberate on potential avenues where tripartite linkagesbetween government-academia-industry can be established and in turn alignwith the Government of India's mission “MAKE IN INDIA”.
The focus of the 5th BPI Conference is "Recent trends in bioprocessing forhealthcare, energy and environment". The conference intends to bring togetherscientists and engineers to share their research and discuss possiblecollaborations. In addition, industrial participants will address the current needsof Indian biotech sector and their expectations from academia as well as discusspotential new avenues with tripartite linkage between government academia-industry together with regulatory agencies. The scope of the conference includesall aspects that are pertinent for the successful development andcommercialization of healthcare products, alternate energy sources and wastemanagement strategies. This is the largest platform for academicians andindustrialists across the country to share their common problems of interest andaim to solve through research in bioprocessing.
