ALICE Data Taking • Two heavy-ion runs at the LHC so far:

• in 2010 – commissioning and the first data taking• in 2011 – (energy scaled) above nominal luminosity!

• pp data taken at different c.m. energies in 2009-2012:• 0.9, 2.36, 2.76, 7 and 8 TeV reference for HI data and genuine pp physics

• p-Pb run foreseen in Jan-Feb 2013 (pilot run Sept. 2012)
