Believers Receive the Holy Spirit

How to Receive the Holy Spirit

• Affirm your belief in Jesus as the One who has died for your sins. Affirm your love and commitment to Him. Do this in a short prayer.

• Desire the Holy Spirit. Want to receive Him. Be thirsty for Him. Ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

• Receive. The one who is praying for you will gently lay their hands on you and pray.

• Jesus promises that when we ask for the Holy Spirit our heavenly Father hears and sends the Holy Spirit to us.
