A temporary vendor is one who offers miscellaneous goods or services to the public on private property from an outside location. Examples include, apples, birdhouses, ice cream, pumpkins, shoes, sunglasses, trees, vegetables and windshield chip repair. Pursuant to requirements of the Department of Planning & Community Development, applications for Temporary Vending must provide written, notarized, permission from the owner of the property along with an application for a county Business License and a site plan.
