You’ll be split into home groups depending on your

skills not your friendship relations

There will be a team leader for every home group (one of you),

that will be chose at the LMS – local motivational seminar

Each of you’ll have a buddy (member of AIESEC Timisoara)

that will help, show you around, will be like a big brother

Rubin – The main activities are related to arts – organization of

exhibitions, performances, workshops, happenings,

�lm-projections, musical soirees, book releases, literary

debates – but during the past three years the Foundation has

also developed several projects aiming towards the professional

training domain.

of the home group you belong in, you will receive all the soft

skills training that you will need to have during this internship,

preparation for the Global Village, why of working, bonding

moments between each other, with members form

AIESEC Timisoara and of course a lot of FUN!!!
