Rear Seat Bottom Cushion Installation

1. Place the Rear Seat Bottom Cushion on top of the Folded Seat Plat-

form. The Seat Cushion should set firmly against the Cushion Rest

and be centered on the Platform.

2. Flip the folding portion of the Platform up to a 90° angle while hold-

ing the cushion firmly in place.

3. Locate the (8) Seat Cushion mounting holes in the Seat Frame Deck.

Using (8) M5.5 x 32 Flat Head Woodscrews, mount the Seat Bottom

Cushion to the deck. Use caution not to over tighten the Wood-

screws. They will strip the Wooden Seat Bottom.

Complete Installation

1. Go back over the new Seat Box Kit and fully tighten any loose

mounting hardware.

This completes the installation of your G14-G22 Seat Box Kit. Please

enjoy safely!

Installation Preparation

1. Remove the Top and Top Struts from vehicle. Retain Top, Top Struts

and all hardware.

Note: Carts without Collapsible Struts

will require TOP-0105 Rear Top Struts

for Factory Top Reinstallation. The Origi-

nal Top Struts will be modified to work

as Front Top Struts.

Carts with Collapsible Struts will be able

to reuse the Original Top Struts without

modification for use with the Factory

Top.

2. Remove the Front Seat Back Assemblies by removing the (4) Hex

Head Bolts used to secure the Seat Backs. Retain the Seat Back

Assemblies and hardware.

Note: Remove the Front Seat Back

Bolts by hand. Do not use air or elec-

tric impact tools as it will strip the

Captured Nut in the wood backing

and the seat will have to be repaired

or replaced.

3. Cut the Factory Struts at the

marked location. Discard

the rear portions of the Top

Struts.

4. Remove the Hand Tightened

Hardware from Step 4 of the

Handrail Installation Sec-

tion. Keep the Front Seat

Box Plate against the sides

of the Handrails.

5. Align the mounting holes of the TOP-0105, Rear Top Struts, with the

mounting holes of the Front Seat Box Plate and the sides of the

Handrails. The Front Seat Box Plate will be mounted between the

Handrails and TOP-0105. Mounting Hardware is not included.

6. Place the TOP-0105, Rear Top Struts, next to the Top. Using the

mounting holes in Rear Top Struts as a guide, mark the mounting

hole locations on the Top.

7. Using a 5/16” Drill Bit, drill mounting holes in the Top through the

marked locations. Only drill through the first outer wall of the Top (if

you drill too far, you will drill completely through the Top).

8. Secure TOP-0105, Rear Top Struts, to the Top using the Hardware

Included with the Rear Top Struts.

Tailgate Installation

1. Fasten the Tailgate to the rear

of the Seat Platform using (2)

M8 Binder Bolts and Mated

Nuts.

(2) M10 Lock Nuts. Hand tighten.

2. Mount the Handrail to the side of the Foot Plate using (1) M10 x 65

Hex Bolt, (2) M10 Washers and (1) M10 Lock Nut. Hand tighten.

3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the opposite Handrail.

4. Fasten the Front Seat Box Plate to the sides of the Handrails using

(4) M10 x 50 Hex Bolts, (8) M10 Washers and (4) M10 Lock Nuts.

Hand tighten.

Rear Top Strut Installation for Cart Tops with Collapsible Struts

1. Align the Factory Top Rear Struts on the out-

sides of the Seat Support Brackets. Rein-

stall using the Original Mounting Hardware.

Tighten all hardware.

Rear Top Strut Installation for Cart Tops without

Collapsible Struts

Note: Carts without Collapsible Struts will re-

quire TOP-0105 Rear Top Struts for Factory Top Reinstallation. The Orig-

inal Struts can be modified for use as Front Top Struts.

1. To modify the Factory Aluminum Top Struts, mark approximately 8”

in from the rear of the Top on both Struts.

2. Remove the rear portion of the Factory Struts from the Top.

3. Remove the Access Panel by removing the

(2) Plastic Rivets. Retain hardware.

4. Remove the (4) Hex Bolts that secure the

Seat Support Brackets to the Frame. The

Seat Support Brackets can be discarded.

Retain hardware.

5. Remove the Rear Bumper and discard.

Seat Support Bracket and

Front Seat Back Installation

1. Place the (2) New Front Seat Support

Brackets where the factory Seat Support Brackets were removed.

2. Install the Front Seat Support Brackets into the original mounting

holes using the Original Mounting Hardware. Do not fully tighten.

3. Identify the Driver and Passenger Side Rear Seat Platform Mounting

Brackets. The longer legs will line up with the

mounting holes on inside of the Front Seat Sup-

port Brackets near the Body. The small tabs

should be positioned as shown to the right.

4. Attach the Rear Seat Platform Mounting Brack-

ets to the Seat Support Brackets using (2) M10

x 40 Hex Bolts, (4) M10 Washers and (2) M10

Lock Nuts. Do not fully tighten.

5. Identify the (2) Rear Facing Seat Back Mounting Brackets. If aligned

correctly, the Seat Back mounting holes will be closer to the top. At-

tach the upper tabs to the top of the Front Seat Support Brackets

using (2) M10 x 40 Hex Bolts, (4) M10 Washers and (2) M10 Lock

Nuts. Do not fully tighten.

6. Attach the lower tabs of the Rear Facing Seat Back Mounting Brack-

ets to the Rear Seat Platform Mounting Brackets using (2) M10 x 25

Hex Bolts, (4) M10 Washers and (2) M10 Lock Nuts.

7. Reinstall the Front

Seat Back Assem-

blies using the Origi-

nal Hardware.

8. Tighten all hardware.

9. Reinstall the Access

Panel using the Origi-

nal Hardware.

Vertical Seat Platform Support Brackets and Foot Plate Installation

1. Align the Foot Plate mounting brackets under the bottom tabs of the

(2) Vertical Seat Platform Support Brackets. The bottom tabs of the

Vertical Support Brackets should face the front of the cart.

2. Attach the Foot Plate and Vertical Support Brackets to the Rear

Bumper Mounts using (2) M10 x 40 Hex Bolts, (4) M10 Washers

and (2) M10 Lock Nuts. Do not fully tighten.

Seat Platform and Front Seat Box Plate Installation

1. Place the Seat Platform on the rear of the cart. The stationary side of

the Seat Platform should be closest to the front of the cart.

Note: Lay a Towel or Blanket across the top of the Rear Body to pro-

tect it from scratches or gouges.

2. Identify the Front Seat Box Plate. Orient the Plate so the narrow lip is

at the top and facing the front of the cart.

3. Align the front mounting holes in the Seat Platform with the (2)

mounting holes in the Front Seat Box Plate and those in the Rear

Seat Platform Mounting Brackets. Secure using (2) M10 x 30 Hex

Bolts, (4) M10 Washers and (2) M10 Lock Nuts. Hand tighten.

Note: The Front Seat Box Plate will be sandwiched between the Seat

Platform and the Rear Seat Platform Mounting Brackets.

4. Place the rear of the Seat Platform securely on the Vertical Seat

Platform Support Brackets.

5. Secure the rear of the Seat Platform to the Vertical Seat Platform

Support Brackets using (2) M10 x 25 Hex Bolts, (4) M10 Flat Wash-

ers and (2) M10 Lock Nuts.

6. Tighten any hardware left loose in this section.

Rear Facing Seat Back Installation

1. Attach the Rear Facing Seat Back to the Rear Facing Seat Back

Mounting Brackets using (4) M6 x 25 Hex Bolts and (4) M6 Wash-

ers. Tighten all hard-

ware.

Handrail Installation

1. Attach one Handrail to

the Seat Platform

Frame using (2) M10 x

45 Phillips Head Bolts,

(4) M10 Washers and
