As of mid-Sept 2012,we see trends cont inuing to favor high demand for houses, and as a result , a t rend for housesselling at higher prices over list prices. Houses are tending to remain in the market a bit longer inSeptember 2012 than in May 2012, at which point , the days on market average for Cupert ino wasthe lowest of 15 days. In the chart below, the red bar chart represents the Days On Marketaverage for each month since January 2012, and the blue line chart represents the rat io of salesprice over list price expressed as a percentage. As you can see, the DOM has tended to creep upa bit but the Sales to List rat io has remained above 100% and cont inues in that t rend indicat ingconsistent and cont inuing demand for homes.
