Customer had a requirement to upgrade their System 21 to the latest version and to set up a new test environment for their users. The upgrade was deemed critical by the business and hence it was required within a quick timeframe.

HCL understood the challenges posed by tight timelines and quickly identified an upgrade path, including uplifting all of their bespoke objects.

A test environment was created which was an exact replica of the live system and data copied over to it. All subsystems, interfaces and bespoke work were configured for the new environment. The system went into production well within the target timeframe and resulted in no down time for the customer.
