Concept

Join our contestants as they are on a search for the clues to escape the Library like maze.

Challenges are quite challenging and tiring, so contestants need to set up camp to rest for the night.

They’ll need to gain help from people they meet like housekeepers, maids and Liberians. Will they be good or Evil?

ITV is quite known for it’s reality TV shows, most were quite popular, like;

Stars in Their Eyes, Dancing On Ice, The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, and even I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

All these shows have been a big hit and they all belong on ITV, so this is why our show may become a big hit due to the channels past of Reality TV

History of ITV

First started broadcasting in 1955

This channel broadcasts shows like, Britain's Got Talent, Soaps like Coronation Street , some dramas and also quite a few reality TV shows and talk shows and a game show or two

Main Summary (pt 1)

Two groups of 4 put into enclosed area, abandoned mansion/ library and need to find there way out.

Need to find out information for quiz's which reveal clues to where supplies/items to gain entry to specific rooms to advance.

Traps are placed across the building to try and surprise/trap group members. Teams will need to work together to help the group member out of the trap.

Main Summary (pt 2)

They may come across typical Mansion/Library characters e.g. Maids, Janitors, Liberians, and a Ghost (Will offer bonuses for tasks/items or act as a shop/delivery or do an evil deed)

The show will start at 9:00pm for 1 hour or an hour and a half (Profanity may be included)

First challenge starts, Finding item in large library room. Second Challenge, Mental task, if first is completed in time

Visual Style

Spooky looking Mansion for the contestants to explore

Search in cluttered room similar to the one shown

Presenter and staff outside Mansion, like a camp, waiting upon the victor (gives a role playing effect)

Marketing Campaign

One main advertising technique is to advertise a short 30 – 1 minute trailer before you watch a Youtube clip/video

Adverts on the ITV channels at 8pm

Give offers on other products; coke/drink cans, crisps and snacks. Gives an offer for a chance to take part in the show before it airs

Target Audience

Most ITV viewers enjoy Reality TV, so this will be another one to their collection

Gives a thrill of whether they’ll get out or not

The type of genre (survival, puzzle, role playing) is quite popular in the media market at the moment

Interactive Internet Strategy

After show (similar to Britain's Got More Talent, The Xtra Factor)

The after show will tell you how the basic CGI works on special effects, plus gives you the opinion and the feelings of the current ‘Loser’
