Our Innovations

• We were the first company to develop and apply

a unique preventive chemical process for the

control and remediation of asphaltene deposition

in crude oils. This earned us international

recognition in Organic Deposition Control.

• We formulated a specific paraffin dispersant with

anti-sticking properties and proven efficiency in

significantly reducing paraffin deposition.

• We design custom-made demulsifiers for acidic

crude oil to reduce or suppress acetic acid injection.

• We custom-make a range of Slop / Sludge Breaker

chemicals – from the inhibited acidic to

non acidic types – to suit various applications,

conditions and systems.

Our Products and ServicesIn addition to our top quality range of production

chemicals, we also offer a range of support services,

including engineering, warehousing and logistics, to

help keep your production facility working in optimum

condition at all times.

DESCALING

Carbonate scale deposition in the flow line can cause

serious blockages to the production header, flow lines

and treatment plant. We provide descaling services that

can remove these blockages by using descalers, inhibitors

as well as the mechanical method of fluid reaming.

DEWAXING

In many operations, waxes can slowly build up in the lines,

leading to eventual blockage if remedial action is not

taken. Our dewaxing services include formation damage

removal techniques and patented products that give

superior results over those provided by classical solvent

soaks / circulation.

SEPARATION TECHNOLOGY

We have refined our products to generate the best

hydrocarbon separation technology for better and

continuous production in the oil and gas industry.

• Demulsifier

Demulsifiers are special additives used to break water

in oil emulsions. Our team of experienced formulators

and testers are at hand to custom-make demulsifiers

to match the production of different crude quality.

• Deoiler

Our range of deoilers ensures that the discharge of

effluent water from production facilities or crude oil

terminal complies with international environmental

water standards. Each unique deoiler has its respective

strength that enables it to perform with various types

of facilities and under most difficult conditions.

• Sludge Breaker

Our offer of Slop / Sludge Oil Breaker chemicals ranges

from inhibited acidic to non-acidic types to cater to

different applications, conditions and systems.

They are ideal for separating commercially viable

residual oils from emulsion slops and sludge for

additional revenue.

• Corrosion Inhibitor

We provide a range of corrosion inhibitors as well as

the expertise to deliver effective protection for

your facilities.

• Biocide

We offer a wide range of biocides, from general to

special purpose biocides to effectively combat microbes,

which can cause corrosion, H2S generation, fouling and

deposition in your facility.

COMPLEMENTARY CHEMICALS

Apart from production chemicals, we also offer a broad

range of products that meets the requirements of not only

the oil and gas industry but also general industries and

trading companies. These products, which require minimal

technical support, include the following:

FLOW ASSURANCE

• Pour Point Depressant (PPD)

We design the appropriate PPD that will

significantly reduce the pour point, viscosity

and yield-stress of crude oil.

• Paraffin Inhibitor / Wax Inhibitor

Deposition of wax can have a drastic impact on

the production of crude oil, leading to flow

restrictions and complete blockages. Our new

generation of wax dispersants not only disperses

waxes in the bulk of the oil but also adsorbs onto

the surfaces of metal equipment to make them

repellent to waxes, thereby inhibiting wax sticking.

• Asphaltene Dispersant

Our patented asphaltene chemicals along with

our technical know-how keep asphaltenes

dispersed in crude oils instead of becoming hard

deposits. We also supply asphaltene dissolvers

for remediation purposes in lines, tubings and

producing formations.

• Scale Inhibitor

We offer effective scale inhibitors for controlling

calcium carbonate and sulphate scales. A highly

effective anti-precipitant as well as an excellent

dispersant combination, our scale inhibitors can

be used for water injection or oil production.

• Drag Reducer

Our oil or water-soluble drag reducers can increase

flow rates by 10-15% over existing conditions.

They can reduce corrosion and erosion with

long-term and continuous application; without

major capital investment and at minimal operating

costs. They are also environmentally safe (contains

no alkylphenols).

• Kinetic Hydrate Inhibitor

Our kinetic hydrate inhibitors are polymers that

dramatically delay hydrate crystal nucleation and

growth that can plug a line in a matter of minutes.

These low-dosage products provide an

economically sound alternative to alcohol or

glycol injection.

• Defoamer / Antifoam

Our range of defoamer / antifoam chemicals is

not only notable for its excellent defoaming

performance but also for its minimal effect on

the particle count of injected water. We can

also specially formulate our defoamer / antifoam

to be non-silicone based to prevent foaming in

deaerators and aqueous systems.
