is worth under $200,000 go ahead and sell. Yes, it’s true, the appreciated value is less, but the $200,000+

homes’ values are also lower. You can negotiate. That’s

a double bonus if you’re looking to move up! So go ahead & make a move.

Now, here are a few ideas to make your February both romantic and fun.

First for the adults, add a little romance. Take the typical candlelight dinner and have it picnic style in front of the fireplace with take-out Chinese food right out of the containers w/ chopsticks. Be sure to share with one another. Top it all off with great music and fun conversation. No TV, no cell phones, just enjoy each other undisturbed.

Now for some family fun; create a taco bar with loads of toppings or create a family pizza where everyone gets to put on their favorite topping. Everyone hanging around the kitchen telling about their week! Be sure to use paper plates! Next, follow dinner with a family game, something everyone loves & can play. I like Yahtzee, it’s all about luck. End the night with a movie every-one will enjoy. It can be fun w/ popcorn or homemade root-beer floats, even ice-cream sundaes can be a family treat. It’s really all about getting together. Try this once a week and let the kids have a friend one time, but let them know it’s to share the family fun with them. ~Shari
