A Plus International has maintained steady growth over its 30 years of existence. We’ve participated in trade shows in locations of Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, New Orleans & Las Vegas. We’ve also maintained permanent showrooms in Dallas, Tupelo and High Point.

Today, we maintain a 60,000 square foot facility 5 blocks east of AT&T Stadium. POLICIES1. Term of Payment A) The terms of payment shall be specified in accordance of the agreement. Seller shall also be entitled to its cost of collection, including any reasonable attorney’s fees in the event of buyer’s failure to pay invoice when due. A 1.5% charge of invoice per month carying charge will be added to any accounts past ten (10) days. B) Net 30 upon approval by our factor company. All other shipment(s) shall be classified as “CBD” (Collect Before Delivery) or “COD” (Cash On Delivery).

2. Price FOB Arlington, Texas 76011 U.S.A. Net merchandise only. Cartons for assemble chairs/rockers/barstools are an extra charge. Freight is NOT included in price. Prices subject to change without notice.

3. Other Charges A) Carton charge $3.00 per chair/barstool box. $5.00 per rocker box. B) Freight for UPS Shipping C) Delivery made by A Plus Company Truck if possible D) Common carrier freight company; Upon Customer’s preference; Customer pays the freight company direct or as arranged. E) Returned check fee/NSF Fee $45.00

4. Condition of Sale A) All orders written are subject to approval. Any cancellation of an open order must be received prior to shipment. B) A Plus responsibility for freight damage or loss ceases once the merchandise has been signed over to the freight carrier/company; or cutomer’s own pick up. Claims of shortages or freight damages must be noted on the bill of lading and filed by the customer within five (5) working days of delivery directly with the delivery carrier. Deductions may not be taken on any invoices for freight damaged items.

5. Returns and Allowances A) No Returns accepted after thirty (30) days from the invoice ship date or without prior authorization and subject to inspection. B) All merchandise being returned must be in its original box. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-waranty returns. C) No allowance will be made for labor / repair costs / transit damage and / or freight overcharge D) Merchandise is carefully inspected before exiting our warehouse. Claims of manufacturer defect will not be honored after ten (10) days upon receipt at original customer’s premises. E) If merchandise is refused for any reason, the total freight (Inbound & Outbound) will be responsibility of the dealer. Refusal to pay may result in termination of business. No allowance/credit is allowed for damage made by freight carrier, while in possession of dealer and/or dealer’s customer.

6. Limited Warranty A) A Plus warrants its products for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase, to be free of defects in workmanship and material, provided that the product has been in normal household use. B) These warranties will not apply to damages, institutional use, commercial use, and exposure to extremes in temperature of humidity C) These warranties will not apply to knocked down (K/D) chairs, barstools, or rockers which are assembled by the customer themselves.

7. Others A) We reserve the right to change prices in case of errors in printing. B) We reserve the right to substitute comparable products with existing merchandise. C) All rights reserved and all pictures are property of A Plus International.
