Considering Public Interest Law?Vanderbilt Offers Loan RepaymentAssistance.

Public interest law is challeng-

ing, rewarding and—unfortu-

nately—low-paying. Because

most law graduates face the

need to repay student loans, if

you choose to practice law in a

public interest organization,

Vanderbilt Law School offers a

Loan Repayment Assistance

Program that pays from 25 to 50

percent of your annual loan

debt for up to 10 years after

graduation. The amount of loan

assistance for which you are

eligible is based on your salary.
