The COMMANDinventory module is aninventory control system that providesaccurate and up-to-date records forinventory transactions and accurateinventory quantities at the time of orderentry.

COMMANDinventory features material receipt entry,usage entry, adjustments, material transfers, transaction registers, purchase ordertracking, and inventory reporting.General Ledger entries can be tracked,if desired.

COMMANDinventory tracks only thoseitems you desire to be under inventorycontrol including those that are used as constituents for another item or soldoutright. The system automaticallycreates usage transactions throughthe ticketing function in Order Entryand Ticketing and allows for manual entry of basicinventory transactions including receipts, usages,transfers, conversions, and adjustments.

An Inquiry Screen quickly identifies inventory quantities at various locations. Forecasted needsand historical material usages can be reviewed.Plants can be assigned to an inventory location,allowing multiple plants to utilize a single inventorylocation. A Material Transfer feature easily movesinventory items from one location to another with the appropriate transactions being created automatically.

COMMANDconcrete Time Analysis Reports (CC-TA) The TimeAnalysis Reports module combines orders and tickets with delivery status times to produce productivity measurements foreach customer, project, order, driver, truck, and plant. Somereports are shown with both charts and graphs to allow for rapididentification of superior performance and quick location of problems.

COMMANDconcrete Scheduling Reports (CC-SH) TheScheduling Reports module compiles data contained withinOrder Entry and Ticketing to compute schedules and report datasuch as quantity per hour, minutes between tracking trucksassigned, and other data found within the system. Reports showthe commitment of trucks in each plant, plant capacity, andcommitment for the total fleet. Other reports show order schedules,dispatch schedules, and suggest driver/truck report times.

COMMANDconcrete Executive (CC-EX)This reporting module provides executive management a meansof analyzing the Key Performance Indicators that measure thesales and profitability of your business. COMMANDseries Data Archiving (CS-DA) The Archiving Module provides a mechanism to maintain your COMMANDseries production database while simultaneously maintaining anarchived database. The module’s archiving routine saves what you define as “old” transac-tional data (Orders, Tickets, Quotes, A/R records,etc.) and/or log files (data stored as logging information) to the archive database and purgesthese records/files from the production database,providing optimum database performance for yourdaily operations. The configuration of the moduleassures that you can always view online both current and historical COMMANDseries data.

COMMANDconcrete Color Dispenser Interface (CC-CDI) The Color Dispenser Interface moduleprovides a computer link between the Order Entryand Ticketing module and a third-party color dispensingcomputer. The link sends ticket, mix quantity, trucknumber, and color batching information directly to thecolor dispensing computer. An upload feature allowscolor codes and designs to be pulled directly from thecolor dispensing system into COMMANDconcrete. Theactual features supported depend upon the specificcolor dispensing system. The interface supports bothliquid color and dry color dispensing systems.

COMMANDconcrete Sample Scheduling (CC-SS) For those customers using COMMANDqc,the Concrete Sample Scheduling module provides ameans to manage your concrete testing activities bygenerating a daily concrete sampling schedule. TheSample Schedule report is based on project sam-pling requirements, delivered concrete volume, andactual samples registered in COMMANDqc.

Concrete Production Manager (EDX-CPM)Concrete Production Manager is an enhanced communications interface between COMMANDconcrete andCOMMANDbatch, built on our open integration platform,COMMANDedx. COMMANDedx is a transactional model thatenables full integration between distinct Command Alkonapplications and/or third-party systems.

COMMANDconcrete Two-Way Batch Interface (CC-CAI2B)This Batch Interface provides a computer link betweenCOMMANDconcrete and the Eagle, Spectrum, orCOMMANDbatch batching controls. The link sends ticketsand/or batching information directly to the batch computer. Thebatch computer can then print a delivery ticket with actual batchweights. The interface allows the batch weights for each plant tobe controlled by a central computer and supports the return ofbatch weights from the batch computer to COMMANDseries,allowing for centralized reporting. This interface works inconjunction with the Order Entry and Ticketing module.

COMMANDconcrete Two-Way Third-Party Batch Interface (CC-SB2) This Batch Interface provides a computer linkbetween COMMANDconcrete and a third-party batch computer.The link sends tickets and/or batching information directly to thebatch computer. The batch computer can then print a deliveryticket with actual batch weights. The interface supports centralcontrol of batch weights and centralized reporting, but the featuresof your third-party batch computer will determine how/if you canoperate in this manner. This interface works in conjunction withthe Order Entry and Ticketing module.

Mobile Signaling Interfaces A variety of Mobile SignalingInterface packages are available that provide an interfacebetween COMMANDconcrete and a signaling system, includingCOMMANDsignal and third-party systems. Two packages(CS-VTI, CS-3VTI) use a Serial Interface protocol and includea Vehicle Tracking System Interface with Autostatusing, andan Order Entry and Truck Tracking Interface to MappingSoftware.
