Grading and Rank Grades are weighted .5 for IB Standard Level courses and 1 point for IB Higher Level classes. Reported cumulative GPAs include all graded courses. RSPS assigns letter grades and uses a 4.0 system. Letter and point correlations: A = 4.0, A- = 3.7, B+ = 3.3, B = 3.0, B- = 2.7, C+ = 2.3, C = 2.0, C- = 1.7, D+ = 1.3, D = 1.0, D- = .7, F = 0.

RSPS does not rank students. We believe class rank is an unreliable indicator of performance for students close in ability.
