D) The bidding Firms or general order suppliers, in question, will be bound to

supply the required items as a whole consignment within a week or so, relevant to the trade of his/her firm, from the date of issuance of purchase order/supply order. The quotations will be given only of unit cost of items in question. The all items will be touched by the bidder i.e. if he apply for Tender(A) Slab or Tender(C) Slab , relevant to the trade of the firm and the rates will be given of all items,

E) The lowest bidding firm will provide its ACTIVE NTN Certificate compulsory

if registered. However, Active GST firm will provide Sales Tax Registration No. as well. The biding firm showing the lowest rate on each respective and specified item will be treated as the winner of the bid. The lower gross cost bidder will not be treated as winner except the criteria noted above.

F) Tenders, duly completed in all respect, must be reached to the under signed by

hand / by courier / by post till the closing date i.e. 12-10-2016 (11.00 AM Sharp).

G) Income Tax &Sales Tax will be applicable as per Govt. of Pakistan rules from

successful bidders and will be deducted as per rule.

H) No tender / quotation will be accepted other than the specifications given in the tender of “Multiple types of Miscellaneous Items”. The number of each required item is noted against each which in approximate numbers and for evaluation of investment involved for the bidders. However, our purchase order will show the exact required number of each with its respective approved rate with total sum involved. The purchase order will be final and absolute, by keeping in view the capital budget allocation in the respective head.

I) Tender will be considered as valid for whole remaining year i.e. upto 31-12-

2016, once opened w.e.f. 12-10-2016. The items in question will be supplied by the lowest bidder at the below noted address (refer to note).

J) The Corporation reserves the right to cancel / reject any one or whole tender without assigning any reason. The quantity of the items can be increased or decreased.

K) For supply of personnel computers, it should be ensured that successful lowest bidder is providing brand new items, not reconditioned or refurnished items If personal computers items found contrary to this condition, State life reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in court of law. Successful bidder lowest bidder shall also provide a certificate in this regards at the time of delivery.

L) Tender will awarded to items wise lowest bidder.

Note:- Specimens of items specified, may be seen at P&GS Department, 6th floor

State Life Building, 2-Liaquat Road, Faisalabad within working days & hours

except Saturday & Sunday for cost assessment by the interested parties/bidders.
