Mark Reid- Global Network Operations\Customer Assurance\Customer Investigations VIC In 2006, Mark Reid was nominated as the Network Services Subject Matter Expert for Transformation single trouble ticket solution representing business requirements in wireless customer fault management group. Mark has accepted this role with enthusiasm and has used his significant technical and operational business knowledge from that time to ensure the business requirements were captured in solution design & implementation. Over the last three years Mark dedicated a lot of his time over his normal operational duties in level 3 customer assurance to support transformation solution definition particularly in the ticketing interface between FoH Siebel and BoH iTAM. He was constantly called upon to provide not just the business requirements but also clarifying and highlighting the key concerns with regard to the proposed IT solution to ensure quality and integrity of the solution.
