RDS2 Improves mobile reception

In-car reception of long text messages up to 64 characters (RT Radio text) May take up to more than 1 minute before it can be displayed correctly

However repeating the same information on one of the upper carriers will increase The acquisition time and reliability significantly For RT (2A), RT+ and Long PS (15A)

The acquisition time of a Long PS LPS (15A) 32 bytes max UTF8 coded May take long

At the start of a new RT message content a series of 8-16 2A groups may be send On one of the upper carriers
