programming interface (API) to share athlete and results data

• Roger has worked closely with ChronoTrack for many years, on the CT Live API since Spring 2012

• ChronoTrack and Race Director now are official partners

• Out of a dozen, Race Director is now #1 external application using our API, beating out #2 RunScore, with about 20% more hits in 2013
