RCPCH offers flexible space to cater for a number of different events including meetings, conferences, workshops and product launches.

Based in central London, close to King’s Cross and Euston stations as well as the West End, we provide convenient, modern, air-conditioned facilities that are supported by our knowledgeable and helpful staff. All of the audio visual equipment is looked after by our team of skilled technicians, ensuring that your event is a success.

WHO WE ARE

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health is responsible for training and examining paediatricians in the UK. The College has over 12,000 members in the UK and abroad and sets standards for professional and postgraduate medical education. We are a charity that strives to transform child health through knowledge, innovation and expertise and envisions a healthier future for children and young people across the world.

COUNCIL CHAMBER

With panoramic views over central London, our Council Chamber can host a wide range of events, from awards dinners to more traditional conferences with a breakout room. It boasts video and audio-conferencing facilities, delegate microphones as well as a stage and PA system.

Our quiet IT training suite is well suited to running courses, providing inductions or facilitating interactive sessions online. With a state of the art interactive whiteboard, teleconferencing, and six computers, this suite is well equipped and flexible.

Fresh tea and coffee is available throughout the day but if you are looking for something special we offer a range of catering options, whether it’s an informal drinks reception or a breakfast meeting.

We can provide hot and cold fork buffets, salads or alternatively you may prefer a tailored working lunch to fit in with your event. If you have something particular in mind, we can liaise with our expert caterers to meet your requirements.

FLOOR PLANS

The majority of our rooms are located on the fifth and sixth floor of our building. The fifth floor holds meeting rooms 1-5 whilst the sixth floor is dedicated to the Council Chamber and breakout space.

The Gallery is located on the ground floor, making it a perfect registration and networking area whilst the IT Training Suite is located in the basement to ensure that sessions are as quiet as possible.
