MLS System Enhancements & FixesThis slide deck includes a summary of the most prominent system improvements recently implemented on RCO3®.

Widget Headers andSpeed-Bar Background Color Color has been added to the Widget Headers and the background of the Speed Bar. This replaces the default light-gray background and helps the widgets and speed bar to standout more.

New MarketStats Widget Added to Homepage A new MarketStats widget has been added to the homepage of RCO3® so you can see market activity immediately upon logging in.Quickly view recent sales activity, sale price, supply, and days on market trends for SE Michigan via the widget. Click the “Entire MLS” link to go to the MarketStats module to pull additional statistics. √

Session Timeout Refresh When an MLS subscriber clicks the Refresh link in the Session Timeout alert bar, the user will remain on the same screen they were working on instead of being returned to the RCO3® home page.

Auto Email EnhancementAuto-emails that display multiple listings now include direct links to the individual listing details.This enables clients to click and go directly to the listing details without first having to view the list of matches in the client portal.

Edit Contacts from Send Email ScreenWhen sending one-time emails to clients, you now have the option to modify the contact’s information directly from the Send Email screen without having to exit the send email process.When selecting a contact from the Select Contact pick list, a new “Edit Contact” link becomes visible when a single client is highlighted.** Additionally, some help text has been added to inform users how to correctly enter multiple email addresses for a single contact.

Changes to Auto Email BehaviorPreviously, auto emails automatically expired afterNO acknowledgement (i.e. welcome email link not clicked in 30 days or subsequent email links not clicked in 45 days) by a client.However, with the new enhancements, you will now be notified of your client’s failure to engage with the email links before the auto email expires.

Changes to Auto Email Behavior-cont’dIn the event an active client stops engaging, you will be alerted about this via email (enabling you to follow-up with the client).Additionally, a second email will be generated at a later date to remind you of the ongoing inactivity of your client.Lastly, previously, a client’s auto email would be made inactive after 45 days of non-engagement. However, this 45 days has been extended to 1 year. Clients can still opt-out though.

Changes to Auto Email Behavior-cont’d

The auto-email Disclaimer and Unsubscribe text and link font size has been reduced to 8 pixels in auto-emails. If an auto email search is about to expire because no listings have matched the search criteria, the agent will receive a warning notification email with a link to extend the auto email. (This will especially help those who are waiting for listings to come on the market in a low-to-no inventory area). If a contact clicks on the link in the initial Welcome email, all other outstanding searches for that contact will be automatically enabled also. If a contact is already receiving auto emails from an agent (for which they have opted in), all subsequent auto emails from that agent for that client will be automatically activated. √√=already implemented

New “Back to Results” Link on Full View in PortalWhen viewing a Full Property display in the Client Portal, the “X” button in the top right corner could easily be overlooked, so it has been replaced by a much more prominent ‘Back to Results’ link on the left side of that same top bar. Map Search – Distance from Center of MapWhen performing a Map Search or search to findlistings within a selected distance of anentered location, the results grid now displaysa sortable “Distance” (as the crow flies) column. The Distance column is displayed only ongrid-type displays, which are the one-linedisplays that allow the user to add/modify/delete columns.The Distance column is also included if printingor exporting that display format. In the CMA wizard, if the subject property is mapped,then the comparables step will include the Distanceof each comparable from the subject property. √√=already implemented

Updated Map LegendThe Map Legend now displays all the map pins and descriptions currently in use, and also appears the same in RCO3®/Matrix and the Client Portal. There is no longer a separate version for the Portal.

Flooring by Room Type Now SearchableYou now have the ability to search for specific Flooring Covering(s) by Room Type from the Residential > *Detail Search module.In order to accommodate adding this enhancement, we needed to re-arrange some of the search fields on the screen. This included relocating Square Footage and Short Sale Y/N.*This field can also be manually added to the Quick Search module. √√=already implemented

Cooling Now SearchableYou also now have the ability to search for specific Cooling Options through the Residential > *Detail Search.*This field can also be manually added to the Quick Search module.

My ListingsA new display format has been added to the My Listings module, which enables MLS subscribers to access a report of listings that have no uploaded documents yet.This will help MLS subscribers to ensure that all appropriate listings meet Realcomp’s MLS requirement of having disclosures available online.

Improved 'Share Listing' for Facebook, Google Plus, and Others As you share your listings to various social media sites, the listing title (i.e. address and list price) and description (i.e. public remarks) will now automatically appear in your social media post.Your primary photo will also be used automatically and appear a bit larger.Note: Functionality for sharing listings to Twitter is expected

in future upgrade.

RCO3® Statistics – Additional ‘Group By’ buckets In the Statistical Reports > Customize tab, the Group By option permitted buckets of 5 to 20. In the new version of RCO3®/Matrix these have been increased to include two additional buckets; 25 and 30.

SearchThe behavior of the “Not” search operator hasbeen corrected. Previously, when searchingLookup fields, the results never includedlistings that contained empty (NULL) values.For example, in using the search criteria of Architecture Level is NOT ‘Quad Level’, prior to the fix this criteria would only return listings that contained actual values, where the values were not equal to ‘Quad Level’. The search would not return listings where Architecture Level was not provided. With this fix, the results now include these listings too.Note: This change affects all Lookup fields. Lookup fields allow only one value per listing.
