Ray Charles had a horrible childhood. He was born in September 23,1930. At age five he began to lose sight. By age seven he was blind, but even though he was blind, people paid more attention to him. He was paid more attention to because he made great music while blind. He went to Augustine school since he was blind. If he didn’t make such good music he would have been beat up already.
