Thanks to the good '.vork of our very efficient CPC by 'lining up* WBNL and WATG plusmy stumbling upon WHJC, I've gone one over the top of 2,000 heard stations, topheavymajority of which have verified. recent listening was thusly: Il/IB - CJBQ's DXlogged atop the 1230 all-nighters at 3:2J. 11/19 - WDIG, 1450, s/off in clear at12:30 a.m., WAPX 1300 s/off also in the clear at 1:00, WTUX's DX well-received at3:50. No sign of KNOG & XOKPAs DXes though, WFNC tested on 1390 at 4:00. 11/21 -WXEF 1590 f/ced 3:00-3:15, a îite loud. V;;JC, 1360, TTed after V/KAT s/off; WCDT's DXteard poorly. 11/25- V^i^iOD, 1470, tested at 3:30 and miknown open carrier on 1420 at3:35, VfBKL's much-appreciated ET 3:St»-4.;oO, no sign of KFAR & CFAR» s DX. SeeruS I'llnever hear an Alaskan. Have been gunning for one for 23 years. 11/26 - KOIL 1290 onwi th a once—a-week 24-hour program, asV.ed reports on it. At 3:05 a.m. an unknown on600 kc/s. played a dance orch. record and left an open carrier on; WPAB 550 had Spanish records, f/c at 3:25-3:45 - apparently a 4th I^iorday test. 710 kc/s, had non-talkrecord player on 3:45-4:05. WATG, 1340, DX loud and clear at 4L05, no sign of KPST.Recent veries are nice letters from CJCH ETSA WMAM & WIPC and a temporary postal froWCMC, I appreciated the club tip cards but contrarily the first of than telling ofKNOG and CJBQ, was unexplainedly delayed 9 days from cancellation till delivery. Ialso appreciated Sid Rosenbaum's tip cafdYOUR REPORTS ARB V/ELCO:*

Howar '.Aveirus - ^iili,®8^1l9 21^ N.Y._At this post, DX has been ijuite good the past week but I still find nev/ ones toughto find, all-nighters oeing the biggest stumbling block. I note WCFL & T?CDL havegone into the all-night bueinesa again, tiie latter I hope temporarily, for he is oneof the loudest on 1230 here. On the other hand, V/PDQ and EC2C are crying for reportsto keep *em going. KCBC gets none from heret The DX ia limited to WXE? who reallyrolled in nicely with his one-hour program, 45 minutes of n-.usio after the usual f/c-TT. Never did comiect with his f/c before though we tried often. Also adied WHJCwith short ET on 11/22 and WVKO on regular sked, 0:00-8:00 a,m, Tou^ to log here,WFGM had the 1580 floor most of the tiiw until 8:00 o'clock, after which WVZO camein a bi t better for a whi le, then faded out^ Been try ing for WBIP in PMa but nosoap. Too much CBJ a£fier V.1£ID quits at 5:'*5, Among old ones heard, KUIE, 730, withf/c at 4:00-4:15 on 11/21 and what sounded like back of KNBC on his old 4thFriday f/c sked. Veries this tirr.e came from TBLl, • a nice letter, plus ny card returned on third follow-up of my second report, 12/6/48, Evidently a change in veriepolicy there. WIJIE, heard on a 5\mday at 8:00-3:15 a.m.; WGAJ, KGNA who claims Iwas one of the last 1340 listeners, WLCIvl & CKBB. CKBB states installing some new ©-quiprent, so nay do more testing. Also my own card back from KGIB on 1950 report. Thanks to v/s column, in "DX News," Just received card from Hal re KPST, etc. Sureis a fine service. Hope to log him this time. 73,
