Mr. L. Robert from Live Stream Technologies Pvt. Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As the role

takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and

computer programming is necessary. Once a website has been created, a Web Developer will

generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.

He also gave his important lecture on recent trend setting technologies in acquiring EMG and how

to be professional in handling such signals, he also encouraged students to be a part of change that

is upcoming.

In his speech he shared abundant knowledge to the students which would benefit them for their

supports and patronages research and development projects and finally Dr.M.Kumarapan spoke

about various current trend improvements in IEEE. His speech on recent developments in IEEE

portable music devices and computers. Electronic engineering offers the chance to produce new

innovations and developments in telecommunications, robotics, computing hardware, and power and

electrical equipment.

Shri.R.Baskaranwas born in a small village in Kanyakumari District in 1961 August. He has

done his schooling mainly in Kanyakumari district and college education in Chennai, B.E(ECE) from

College of Engineering Guindy. After graduation he has taken up a job in IIT/Chennai, where he was

involved in developing “High speed,Magnetically suspended Rotor for Uranium enriching” for

DRDL/Hyderabad, which is being used by Defence now for their Nuclear project He has joined

theSignal& Telecom Department of Indian Railways after getting through in the UPSC examination(IES

of 1984 exam) in 1986 and has been working in various capacities in Railways in various places

covering 9 states.

In all his tenures he has made a mark in major system improvement.6 months back he was Group

General Manager in RailTel Corporation of India Ltd/Chennai and was in-charge of Tamil Nadu and

Kerala. In this posting he has achieved the distinction of being the market leader in Retail Broad band

segment in ailTel,holding 60% of business in All India level. For this achievement RailTel has honored

him during the Annual day Celebration on 23rd Sep 2015.Presently he is the Chief Workshop Manager

for the Signal and Telecom workshop at Podanur. Under his leadership this workshop is likely reach

greater heights.He has been fairly successful in all his postings. He is also Joint Secretary of “V-SEED

Society” an NGO Operating in Chennai/Kanyakumari, and is one of the Founders of

“SubbaiahMuthammaal Charity Trust”.

Description:

The Department of Information Technology and IEEE student branch of Rathinam Technical Campus

organized International Conference on Engineering and Technology on 11.08.2015 with the technical

sponsorship of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (Madras Chapter).The Conference received

1054 papers including international and national papers, out of which accepted and 290 papers were

presented. Papers on Engineering and Technology in various perspectives were presented and experts

from these fields participated and shared their priceless knowledge to enlighten the participants.

speaking, explained in detail the various ways and means in which DRDO supports and patronages

research and development projects and finally.
