Maintaining the standard in transport services according to the contract regulations between R.A.T. Braşov – Braşov City Council

Redesigning the organizational structure of the company in order to achieve the company objectives.
Intensifying the control at every level of management and also on the operational areas – public transportation, maintenance, support services and human resources.
Developing a more efficient use of the existing financial resources, the maintenance of a constant flow of capital and of a financial discipline so that the payment deadlines to the state budget suppliers would be done.

Increasing the revenues that the company receives from other sideline activities like renting advertisement spaces, vehicle lifting service, vehicles renting and vehicle technical inspections
Looking for the support of business partners, non-governmental organizations, European Union structural funds for developing local community awareness projects on major issues specific to our services - environmental, infrastructure and mobility

We have developed a new online portal for communicating, promoting and informing the local community about urban/metropolitan transport services.
The new portal is useful, easy to use, dynamic, interactive, actualized with the latest news regarding our services and soon will be translated in several languages. (English, French, German, Hungarian, Chinese and Japanese)
We also use social media like Facebook in order to be continuously in touch with our customers.
