pipes is generally used forsanitary sewer and gravity pipingsystem. These pipes have asmooth internal surface withspiral profiled outer surface. Thepipe exhibit high ring strength

due to their profiled exterior. Inaddition, grooved spiral profileprovide an excellentunderground anchorage alongwith considerable resistance toimpact load. The elongation of

pipe under thermal stress isnegligible and no compensatingbellows or mechanism isrequired.

Specifications:-

We manufacture a huge range of HDPE/PVC Lined Pipes varying from300 mm to 2400 mm of diameter.

The use of a thin layer of soft or semi soft PVC or HDPE lines on theinside of the concrete pipe surface.

Salient Features:-

A multilayer PE pipe has improved resistance to oxidizing agents inwater.

The pipe also has an oxygen barrier layer, such as PVC, contiguouslydisposed radially outward from the PEX layer.

The pipe is suitable for potable water applications and for hot waterradiant heating systems.

HDPE Temperature range :

Minimum minus 35 degrees centigrade and

Maximum 65 degrees centigrade

HDPE Technical Specification:

HDPE is welded using Hot Air, Butt- Welding and extrusion weldingtechniques.
