day 23: Importance of qu’ranThis is one of the nights of Laylat ul-Qadr, which is the night the Qur’an was revealed to our
Prophet Muhammad (s). Angel Jabra’eel came to the Prophet Muhammad (s) with the verse:
“Read in the name of your Lord who created;“. We should try to read and reflect on the
Qur’an as much as possible during this month. Decorate your own Qur’an cover below!

day 25: sharing is caringOne thing that makes Ramadan so fun is spending time with your family and friends. Some
people have lost their family and friends. Some of these people are other children. We
should remember these children when we are fasting and getting gifts during Ramadan.
Trace the dotted line to complete the gift!

day 27: lady fatimah’s (a) special gift
One day, Imam Ali (a) told the Prophet (s) that Lady Fatimah (a) was becoming tired from
her housework every day. The Prophet (s) then said to her, “Shall I tell you about what is
better than what you ask me for? When you go to bed, you recite, Allahu Akbar thirty-four
times, Alhamdulillah thirty-three times, Subhan Allah thirty-three times...”
Color your tasbeeh below.
We should remember Allah and reflect during this month. One way we can do this is by
reading tasbeeh. This is a special gift that the Prophet (s) gave to Lady Fatimah (a)!

day 28: HEROES AROUND THEWORLD - South asia
Around the world, Muslims have different traditions during Ramadan. A popular dessert in
South Asian countries is kheer. Kheer is made from a mixture of rice, milk and a few other
ingredients. Kheer also has different toppings depending on the chef. Connect the dots to
finish the kheer bowl, then draw some of the toppings in the kheer!
If you’d like to make kheer, visit our website for a kheer-making craft! With your parent, go
to thekawtharproject.com/kawthars-crafts and download the kheer craft!
