Celestial City is a unique residential township launched by Rama Group in the
upcoming area of Ravet near the Mumbai expressway. The project provides the
complete and innovative solutions for all your needs at one place. The group has
a reputation of providing good quality homes with high finishing for each
apartment. The main focus of the project is to provide you all leisure,
entertainment and sports facilities within the project itself. So it’s tag line says
“where everything is inside” which means that it is a complete project which
provides you with everything you want and you do not even have to go out of the
township.
The Celestial City is a huge township which consists of 700 apartments spread
over an area of 25 acres of land. It consists of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments
with modern amenities. The work on the project has already been started by
Rama Group in a JV partnership with Pharande Spaces which is set to be
complete in 18 months time i.e. end of 2011.
LOCATION
Celestial City is located in a serene and scenic location on the Ravet Aundh Road
which is near to the Mumbai Expressway. This area is yet to develop but the
project itself includes all the amenities inside the township. Celestial City hasgood connectivity to the Expressway and is also near to the Akurdi Railway
station which is just 1.5 kms away and connects you to the main city of Pune. It is
also near to the Hinjewadi IT Park.
F ACILITIES
Celestial City is an integrated township with all the modern amenities like
swimming pool, amphitheatre, shopping mall, club house, school bus stop,
children’s library, convenience shop. It also provides with leisure, entertainment
and fitness facilities like a full-equipped gym, multiplex, etc. The project has 2
large entrances with security cabins and designer lobbies. The builders are now
also planning to provide separate toilets for servants and drivers. The main aim
of this project is to provide everything that a person will need at one place.
V ALUE FOR MONEY
Rama Group is providing these apartments in the range of Rs 17 to Rs 31 lacs for
area between 663 sq ft to 1174 sq ft. This does not include the maintenance,
MSEB, Car parking charges, PLC and Club charges. The parking charges of Rs
1,50,000 are high. Thus the total value of the apartment may go to Rs 21 lacs toRs 35 lacs. The hidden costs itself make a big difference in the value. The other
charges are reasonable and the same is demanded all over Pune. We feel that
this project will be suitable for people from middle class & upper middle class.

Rama Group is a well known and established company in the construction andreal estate industry in Pune since the past 18 years. They have always been on
the toes to adapt to the changing trends in real estate and provide innovative and
attractive solutions to its clients. The group has a strong foundation of meeting
client needs, providing high quality and also meeting client expectations. Rama
Group aims at providing high quality at reasonable price. They have many other
on going residential projects in Pune city.
OVERALL
In our view, Rama Celestial City would be a good option for the people working
in the IT Park at Hinjewadi. The apartments are spacious and will be a complete
solution for the middle class and upper class. The construction is of superior
quality with high finishing touch. We would suggest you to book here if you are
going to make it your home rather than an investment for the future as all the
facilities and amenities are being provided by the builder.
