One of the oldest block manufacturing companies in the Middle East, RAKNOR has expanded over the last

four decades from being a pioneer in the industry to becoming the market leader, continually evolving to

Hollow Concrete Masonry Blocks

The precast concrete masonry blocks are manufactured from cementitious binder, aggregates and water and which may contain admixtures, coloring pigments and other materials incorporated or applied during or subsequent to block manufacture intended for use in the construction of walls.

Developed with one or more cavities for the purpose of reducing weight and increasing their insulation properties. Our Hollow Blocks are widely used throughout the building industry and require low maintenance over a long lifespan. The hollow cores make the blocks easier to lift and allow, if the design calls for it, adequate room for reinforcing materials such as steel bars or allowing water pipes or electrical conduits to run through them.

The precast concrete masonry blocks are manufactured from cementitious binder, aggregates and water and which may contain admixtures, coloring pigments and other materials incorporated or applied during or subsequent to block manufacture intended for use in the construction of walls.

Primarily used in structural foundations. Our Solid Blocks are designed and manufactured using our state-of-the-art advanced production technology. Thermal Blocks

A precast concrete block consisting of two outer leaves of normal weight concrete sandwiching a polystyrene core.

Designed for use on the outer walls of buildings. These blocks provide insulation from high temperatures, thus lowering the need for air conditioning inside. Increased block density increases insulation and results in lower energy consumption within the building.

Hourdi Blocks

Hourdi Blocks are also called as Filler blocks. They are used as a fillers in the construction of concrete floorsor roof slabs/ribbed slabs to make the slabs hollow which improves the thermal values between the floors.

Hourdi blocks are fire-resistant as well as being resilient under challenging weather conditions. These blocks, which are used primarily as filler in slab floor concrete, boast sound and heat insulation capabilities and are produced in all standard shapes and sizes.
