I have more than 15 years of strong experience as a software QA manager/Test Lead for technology consulting and application outsourcing engagements in:

Implementing, operating and monitoring testing processes across all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

Standing up, stabilizing and delivering large testing efforts in complex distributed systems

Extensive working knowledge of testing tools for test methodology (HP ALM, Rational Test Suite, Microsoft Test Manager), Defect Management Tools (ClearQuest, ALM, BugTracker), software test automation using QTP

Experience in delivering large budget test efforts with distributed global teams

I got strong experience in the Health Care Insurance Industry and in the Pharmacy Benefits Management Systems. In Healthcare, I have worked both in the Payer and Provider space. I have solid experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry gained from the work I did in Xerox Inc.

I am familiar with development and testing practices in a variety of technologies – C#.Net, SQL Server, Delphi, Oracle, Informatica, Toad as well as mainframe technology. Recently I am involved in implementing the Team Foundation Server along with Project Server and SharePoint Server following AGILE SCRUM methodology. I am strongly familiar with test automation of web applications using commercial open source tool Selenium IDE and Firebug. Within the current implementation of TFS, I am piloting the use of Microsoft Load test Tool (add on within VS 2010 ultimate version) as a means of performance testing for web applications. I have used testing tools like Rational Req Pro, Rational Test Manager, ClearQuest, HP Quality Center(in limited capacity) in several projects worked so far.
