Organisation of a seminar with participation of representatives of local authorities responsible for transport policy and ecology, representatives of municipal and private transport enterprises, representatives of NGOs, working in environmental and social fields.

Inviting of Mass Media representatives on all events, putting information before and after events on the Administration’s web-site, dissemination of the reports and other information between other municipalities of the region and city–partners interested in it.

“Move Together” Exhibition outside and inside the large trade centre “Europe” located in the city centre.

Design and publication of leaflets in order to attract public attention to the transport problems of the city and call upon to use alternative transport.

City cycle race on the first Sunday of September under the logo of “Move Together” project and coat of arms of Kaliningrad. The t-shirts with those emblems will be given for participants of the race. Mass media will be invited.
