Raising Cane's Sells for $3.4M

Killian Pacific acquired the Raising Caine's restaurant at 1915 Rock Springs Dr. in Las Vegas, NV for$3.4 million, or about $1,000 per square foot, from Khairat LLC.

The buyer was motivated to purchase the single-tenant Raising Cane's building to add to its existingportfolio of two other Raising Cane's restaurants.

Brett Beck of Siegel Commercial Advisors represented both the buyer and the seller.
