Lynne Cameron is an award winning sports photographer specialising in football with a keen interest

in promoting women behind the camera.

She started her career at Rangers FC before progressing to national newspapers. This was followed

by becoming a full-time staff photographer with Rangers, becoming the first woman to do so.

After nine years of successful management of digital media and photography, Lynne moved to the

Press Association as their first sports photographer in Scotland, a position that incorporated the role

of official photographer for Scottish Rugby.

Last summer Lynne went freelance and is currently working with clients and agencies including the

FA and Getty Images.

Matt is the Head of Media at Wycombe Wanderers, having previously been appointed to the club’s

board of directors, becoming the youngest director in the EFL at that time.

A lifelong fan of the club, Matt started out with a work experience placement, and has gone on to

management of the website and creation of content for its social media platforms, which were recently ranked first and second for engagement in a Fanalyse study across all 92 league clubs.

A former professional footballer with the likes of QPR and West Ham United, Martin was part of the

promotion teams of 1991 and 1993 with the Hammers. Martin is an experienced boss who has managed Barnet, Brentford, MK Dons, Leicester City, Notts County and Gillingham, amongst others.

He enjoyed great success in his first season in charge of Gillingham as he guided them to promotion, it was their first trophy in nearly 50 years and Martin was later named the Manager of the Year in the

division.

Martin is also a graduate of the LMA's Certificate in Applied Management at Warwick University.

Peter Augustine

Marcus is a former international footballer who currently works alongside Kick It Out to develop

Premier League academy players’ understanding of equality and inclusion as part of the Equality Inspires programme, which is run in partnership with the Premier League.

He played for the likes of Brentford and Wimbledon during his time as a player, and also featured for Jamaica at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Marcus also had a spell as manager of Staines Town between

2012-2014.

Kenny Jackett Academy Coach

Kenny was a one-club man for Watford during his playing days, turning out for Wales as well on the

international stage.

Injury cut short his playing days but he started his coaching and managerial career at Vicarage Road,

he then assisted Ian Holloway at QPR before taking charge at Swansea City, where he gained promotion.

Kenny took charge of Millwall and led them back to the Championship in 2010 and then subsequently

reached an FA Cup Semi Final with the Lions. In May 2013 he left The Den and took Wolves back to the Championship, gaining a points record for the club and picking up a joint award for the League

One Manager of the Year in 2013/14.

Michael Johnson

Michael is a former footballer who made more than 550 appearances in the Football League and Premier League, including 262 games for Birmingham City and more than 100 each for Notts County,

the club where he began his professional career, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County.

Although born in Nottingham, he’s a full Jamaican international and played 12 times for the national team. He retired as a player at the end of 2008/09, and took up the post of youth team manager with

Notts County. Michael is a UEFA Pro Licence coach and Ambassador at Birmingham City FC.

Kevin Nicholson

Kevin is the youngest English coach to hold the UEFA Pro Licence. He is a highly qualified and

experienced professional football coach with over 10 years of coaching experience at Academy level, working with players from Under-8s through to Under-23s as well as at first-team level in the Sky Bet

Championship. He also holds the FA Elite Coaches Award & UEFA A Licence.

In 1998 Chris began working for the FA, holding the position of Regional Director of Coaching. While working for the FA he served as the head coach of the men’s Under-20 side, as well as the assistant

coach of the Under-16 and Under-17 age groups.

Chris coached for Tottenham Hotspur, working with their academy and was also a first-team coach

under Tim Sherwood. He has also been a caretaker and permanent manager of QPR and is currently Technical Director at the west London club.

Steve is the FA Regional Coach Mentor Officer for the North West, managing and supporting over 50

FA Coach Mentors across seven County FA's in his region.

His work involves supporting and developing Coach Mentors, Mentees, Grassroots Clubs and Coaches.

Steve, who is an A Licence Coach, is also the lead for the Mentor Programme on BAME inclusion initiatives. He is also a FA Tutor, delivering FA Level 1 and 2 coaching awards as well as the FA

Mentoring Adults course.

Anwar Uddin

Anwar, a former professional footballer and coach, is the Diversity and Campaigns Manager for the

Football Supporters’ Federation (FSF) and leads on the Fans for Diversity campaign which is run in partnership with Kick It Out.

He made history by becoming both the first British Asian to captain and manage a Football League

team, after a short spell as Assistant Manager at League Two Barnet. He went on to manage at non-league level with Maldon & Tiptree, Sporting Bengal and Ware FC and spent time coaching at West

Ham United’s Academy.

Leanne Mayo

Leanne is a qualified accountant and qualified tax adviser with broad experience spanning 18 years in finance starting in practice and then moving into the football industry.

In 2010, Leanne was appointed Financial Controller at Notts County and was also involved in

Following several years with Notts County, Leanne was appointed Chief Operating Officer at
