DID YOU KNOW......only 7% of women negotiate their salary when they're seeking hire or being considered for a promotion. That means 93% of women are leaving thousands of dollars on the table. Literally.

Many times, women struggle to ask for the extra money that they deserve because they lack confidence, are afraid they'll lose the job opportunity, or will be seen as greedy.

This simply is not true. I personally have negotiated and had tens of thousands of dollars added to my salary to show for it, simply because I asked and came prepared.

Having been an employer myself, in the interviews I've conducted, very few interviewees come prepared or ask for more money, even though I would have considered giving it to them because of how badly I wanted them.

It’s time to stop leaving money on the table and start getting paid what you're worth.

In this guide, I'll show you how to gather all the information you need to negotiate your offer. Once you've gathered all the information, you can walk into your meeting with confidence and the potential to make more than you ever have before. Why? Because you're the bomb and you've done your homework to prove it.

From $_____ /(hr/yr) to $_____/(hr/yr)

5. Be LikeableBe a team player. Be drama-free.

6. Be PresentBe memorable.

7. Build Your CapacityDon’t wait until the promotion comes to be able to handle the pressure.

Ask yourself the following questions:

-Is my life setup to handle this additional responsibility?

-Am I organized enough to handle it?

-Do I have the right skill set?

-Are there any additional trainings I might need in advance?

A high-capacity individual driven by results and achievement, I have successfully managed several large projects, including the launching of a new church campus, and management of a multi-million dollar environmental program.

This is all because I had the confidence to give it my best shot.

These are all dreams that I’ve had since I was a child and I want to help you live yours too!
