Area : Parcel-B(6 Ha), Parcel-D(12.43 Ha) & Parcel-E(2.39 Ha)

1. Location

1.1 Site is located in the centre of Bikaner city near Lalgarh Railway Junction. It is part of Railway colony called Lalgarh.

1.2 Location Plan can be seen in enclosed Annexure 2.

2. Neighbourhood

2.1 All of these three sites are part of large chunk of Railway land.

2.2 Site ‘B’

2.2.1 From two side (North and East), it is surrounded by the Railway land which has low rise Railway quarters, most of them are abandoned.

2.2.2 From western side, it is surrounded by the Saryodaya Basti, a LIG/EWS residential development.

2.2.3 It abuts 24 m wide Jaisalmer Road in the front, which also provides access to it.

2.2.4 It is 2.4 Km from Lalgarh Railway Junction and 3.6 Km from Bikaner Railway Junction.

2.3 Site ‘D’

2.3.1 The site is surrounded the by Railway land which has, two storeyed Railway quarters on western and southern side.

2.3.2 The other two sides are surrounded by private LIG/EWS plotted residential development called Lalgarh Colony.

2.3.3 Site abuts 9m wide public roads on North and East side.

2.3.4 Site have a Mosque located in it.

2.3.5 On west side, there is one Overhead Water Tank which overlooks to the site.

2.3.6 It is 650 m from Lalgarh Railway Junction and 4.1 Km from Bikaner Railway Junction.

2.4 Site ‘E’

2.4.1 Site is surrounded by Railway land which has, abandoned Railway quarters.

2.4.2 It abuts 9m wide public road on North side.

2.4.3 Across this road, there is EWS/MIG residential colony called ‘Mukta Prasad Colony’.

2.4.4 It is 1.3 Km from Lalgarh Railway Junction and 3.9 Km from Bikaner Railway Junction.

3. Access

3.1 Site ‘B’

3.1.1 Site is accessible from the 24m wide Jaisalmer road.

3.2 Site ‘D’ 3.2.1 It can be accessed from two road.

3.2.2 9m wide originating from the Mukta Prasad Colony Road.

3.2.3 And another is 9m wide Masjid Road.

3.3 Site ‘E’ 3.3.1 This site can be accessed from the 9m

wide Mukta Prasad Colony Road.
