2. In the trade factory to handle the all trade related problem, and Dc governance we can raise the change request for changes in the application.

1. Worked with application I-care, clarify and ICCM (integrated credit control management) with L2 support to the customers.

Roles for Bulk Handler Support:

1. BHS project is totally related to the DND services, monitoring files related to the DND.

2. Relaying the files in our different Servers, and also using and FTP to relaying the files. Here we are relaying the DND files in our different instance. Instance is virtual tunnel which contains the automated scripts for passing or processed the files. In virtual tunnel different types of directories are created which is Inbox, Temp, Processed, Rejected, Log, Config, Ack. We have total 24 Instance for sending the files. From Instance file comes to the Inbox after that it comes Process and here Process is directly connected to our DND database. When file comes to the Process then it verifies each and every numbers inside the file whether it’s DND or not. If number found in DND database then file goes to Rejected Directory.

3. To handle the project on Bulksms, Basically pushing the Bulk messages on reliance Bulk handlers through PUTTY (based on UNIX).Troubleshooting On UCC complaints to handle the DND process.
