The highlighting feature of this project is that it is even offering furnished and semi-furnished apartments to its clients. An individual just needs to bring his clothes and start living in the apartments! V  ALUE FOR MONEY Raheja Atlantis is offering these premium apartments at a basic selling price of Rs 6,600 per square feet for fully furnished apartments and Rs. 6,300 for unfurnished apartments. Moreover, the add-on charges such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking and PLC etc are also applicable. So, the total cost for one apartment would range from Rs. 1.5 crores to Rs. 3.5 crores, depending upon the choice of the apartment, viz 3 BHK, 4 BHK, duplex, unfurnished, semi-furnished, or furnished. Talking into account the luxuries provided by the Raheja Atlantis, we believe that these prices are fair.
