Summer Work Shop – Qatar Scientific Club

Radio Olive RJs and listeners had a great time watching Dhadak movie at Qatar Cin-ema International Film Forum. It was an eye-treat for all the Karan Johar movie fans. The debut stars of the Movie Ishan Khatter and Janvi Kapoor didn’t disappoint the audience. Moments shared with our awe-some listeners are always cher-ished.

Accident free summer Camp entered its third, fourth and fifth week with the slogan saying ‘For your safety, wear seat belt’, ‘Dangers of Driving without a License’, etc . The Summer campaign started by the Qatar Traffic campaign was widely accepted by the people of Qatar and we are happy to be a part of it.

It was summer work shop for kids organised by the government of Qatar. HE the Minister of Culture and Sports, Salah bin Ghanem bin Nasser al-Ali inaugurated the summer at Qatar Scientific Club. Radio Olive 106.3 FM & Radio Suno 91.7 FM Director along with team showed their presence at the event.

Radio Olive RJs was invited to Qatar’s leading restaurant Applebee for a great afternoon meal. Our team was extremely happy for the food and hospi-tality provided by them. It is one of the highly recommended restaurants due to their varieties in dishes and aesthetic atmos-phere.

Radio Olive 106.3 FM hosted a unique one-month-long Radio reality show ‘Radio Olive Antak-shari’. It was held at the Radio Olive studio and the winners were announced through the prize distribution ceremony. Blood Donation campaign by Al-Sultan

Radio Olive 106.3 FM & Radio Suno 91.7 FM introduced a video segment called ‘Explore Qatar’ where we unfold differ-ent places in and around Qatar and explore the magnificent beauty of Qatar, the country of peace and prosperity.

The Authentic Majlis experience was organised by Murex Tours under the leadership of Ms Jo Sullivan and her team mem-ber Mr Sharif. Ms Jo Sullivan who runs a page on Facebook named Coming up In Qatar that gives out all the details of all the events organised by Mu-rex Tours. The event was hosted at Souq Waqif and Radio Olive & Radio Suno were honoured to have invited as a guest.

Radio Olive 106.3 FM & Radio Suno 91.7 FM was part of The Blood Donation campaign initi-ated by Al Sultan medical cen-tre in association with Hamad Medical Corporation. Both the radio stations raised awareness regarding the importance of blood donation and how it can save lives of others. Hundreds of Radio Olive & Radio Suno fans responded positively towards the campaign and registered as donors.

Radio Olive 106.3 FM & Radio Suno 91.7 FM became part of Qatar Charity’s initiative to lend hand to help victims of Kerala. They opened channels on their website for donating towards this cause. The people of India will forever be indebted to the Kindness showered upon us by the Emir Of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. Kerala, being ravaged by the disaster will emerge strong with this act of compassion.

Katara celebrated the first day of Eid Al Adha with a wide range of festivities and celebra-tions and thousands of visitors in the first day of Eid Al Adha yes-terday. Spectacular fireworks, musical shows and other activi-ties mesmerised scores of visitors, who were there with their family members. Radio Olive 106.3 FM & Radio Suno 91.7 FM team was there to cover the event.
